Eye-catching trio from the unusual 1950 All-Star Baseball "Pin-Ups" issue, first distributed in booklet form. Each of these thin cardstock circles were to be detached and "pinned up." They each measure just under 7" in diameter, with Hall of Famer Ralph Kiner (outfield), Jim Hegan (catcher), and Mel Parnell (pitcher). Each reverse features instructional tips for the player’s position (fielding, throwing, or game awareness) and adds educational appeal to the visual charm. The Kiner disk shows a sliver of edge wear, Hegan is strong on both sides, and Parnell shows color change on its left border. A seldom-seen issue with Hall of Fame appeal!
