Autographed 1949 Bowman of All-Star and 5-time champion Ed Lopat, signed in black ballpoint. Its PSA VG 3 grade reflects slight corner rounding, light surface toning, and wavy bottom edge. Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA, the signature grading MINT 9. Part of a collection of signed 1949 Bowman that was sold at auction more than a decade ago, which we have been offering over our last two auctions. The population report has six signed examples and just two with a higher technical grade! Lopat passed in 1992 at age 73.
