Autographed 1949 Bowman of well-traveled pitcher Fritz Ostermueller, signed in blue ballpoint. Its PSA VG-EX 4 grade reflects touched corners, good borders, and modest surface toning. Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA, the signature grading MINT 9. Part of a collection of signed 1949 Bowman that was sold at auction more than a decade ago, which we have been offering over our last two auctions. The population report has just one signed example and this is it! Fritz passed in 1957 at just age 50, making his signatures a tough find indeed.
