Beautiful, clean mid-grade example of Hall of Fame outfielder Earl Averill at the start of his career peak, as he would go on to appear in baseball's first six All-Star Games, 1933-38. Earl proved unusual for his era by reaching major league play from the Pacific Northwest and might by the sole player whose card mentions his work in a florist shop!

The PSA EX-MT 6 grade reflects touched corners and centering a touch southeast. Based on the population report, it sits in the top 25% of graded examples, so will be tough to improve upon!
