Exceptional ticket stub from the September 19, 1983 game between the Los Angeles Raiders and the Miami Dolphins, at the Los Angeles Coliseum. Late in the fourth quarter, down 27-0, the Dolphins turned to rookie quarterback Dan Marino, sending him into the game in place of David Woodley for his NFL debut. Marino responded by completing 11 of 17 passes and two touchdowns in two possessions. Marino would not start again for three weeks, but at that point he was the Dolphins' quarterback of the future, on his way to a Hall of Fame career.
This stub has been graded VG-EX 4 by PSA, a relatively clean specimen with light wear at the corners and edges, and some minor areas of surface abrasion, not particularly distracting. An excellent stub.
