Collector-grade portrait card of Ed Killian, graded AUTHENTIC ALTERED by PSA due to what seems to be a scissor cut at the right edge.  The cut was likely not done for deceptive reasons (it is considerably wavy and easy to detect), but is more likely a vintage cut, designed to get the card to fit into an album. Still, the grade applies, and the card would likely grade GOOD or lesser even without the trim due to staining at the upper right, also visible on the reverse.
