Large-format piece from the Christy Walsh Syndicate, framed to a finished size of 23" x 31 1/2", illustrating "12 Baseball Lessons by 12 World's Champion Players."  The poster appears to be advertising a 12-part newspaper feature with members of the Philadelphia Athletics giving tips on various aspects of the game.  Featuring photos of Lefty Grove, Mickey Cochrane, Al Simmons, Jimmie Foxx, Bing Miller, Jimmy Dykes, Max Bishop, Joe Boley and George Earnshaw, the poster is in GOOD condition, having been folded down 18 times to fit in a business envelope, the folds exhibit heavy creasing and paper loss.  The upper-right corner is ripped away, and several other edge tears are apparent.  Still, an interesting piece with photos of four Hall of Famers, teaching youngsters how to play various facets of the game.
