A scarce PCL issue, the 1911 D310 Pacific Coast Biscuit set consisted of twelve players from each of the league's six teams featuring sepia or black and white photos, along with a checklist on the reverse.

Oakland's Harry Ables is the subject of this example, graded Poor 1 by SGC due mainly to some paper loss on the reverse. The front, although centered south and slightly east on the canvas, still has plenty of eye appeal, and is not affected by the paper loss from the other side. Decent corners and edges for the grade, only some minor soiling around the perimeter keep the front from looking very bright and clean.

The scarcity of this issue far outweighs any cosmetic flaws on this example. SGC has only ever graded 2 total examples of this D310, with NONE receiving a higher grade than the Poor 1 offered here of Oakland's Harry Ables.
