1946-47 Caramelo Deportivo card of the elder Luis Tiant father of the major league great. Graded GOOD+ 35 by SGC the card clearly spent time in an album (very likely since these cards were designed to be displayed as such) wear at the top as well as staining on the reverse serving as telltale signs of scrapbook removal. The Caramelo Deportivo issue of 1946-47 are perhaps the best-known Cuban issue among casual collectors; Tiant one of the most recognized names from the Cuban and Negro Leagues.
