1912 paperback book containing rules, explanations, definitions, illustrations and statistics describing the national pastime. Published by the New York Evening Telegram, the book also contains a number of humorous baseball-related cartoons.  The cover is in FAIR condition, with some staining, some edge tears, age-related discoloration, pencil writing and significant wear at the spine and edges.  The interior pages have fared somewhat better, with some light pencil marks here and there, but otherwise appear clean and entirely intact.
