October 24, 1911 stub granting access to Shibe Park in Philadelphia for Game 4 of the World Series. The Athletics would capture their second of nine World Series championships in franchise history behind a dominant performance from the American League's home run leader, Frank "Home Run" Baker. Baker rightfully earned his "Home Run" moniker during Game 3 of the series, blasting two home runs off of Giants ace and fellow future Hall of Famer, Christy Mathewson. In Game 4 Baker rapped two doubles, again off Mathewson, driving in one run in the Athletics 4-2 victory. Two days later Baker's five RBI's in Game 6 would help clinch the World Series for his dynastic Philadelphia Athletics, champions of the 1910, 1911, and 1913 World Series, only falling to the "Miracle" Braves in the 1914 Fall Classic. Neatly torn along the perforation, the presented Game 4 stub has been graded GOOD 2 by PSA.
