1963 was Fleer's final season producing football cards until the 70s, and they went out with a bang, producing an extraordinary set, with fantastic eye appeal.  Loaded with Hall of Famers and rookie cards, the set features players from the AFL and contains rookie cards of Lance Alworth, Nick Buoniconti and Len Dawson, among others.  This is a clean, midgrade group, with an overall technical breakdown of 2% EX-MT, 3% EX, 30% VG-EX, 49% VG, 13% GOOD, and 3% lesser, with the primary condition flaws relating to printing issues like centering.  The checklist has been marked.  

Ten of the cards have been graded by PSA, as follows: #6 Long (PSA EX-MT 6), #10 Buoniconti (PSA VG 3), #15 Maynard (PSA VG-EX 4), #24 Kemp (PSA VG+ 3.5), #36 Blanda (PSA GOOD 2), #47 Dawson (PSA VG-EX 4), #50 Arbanas (PSA EX-MT 6), #64 Dougherty (PSA VG 3), and #73 Mix (PSA VG-EX 4).  88 cards total, plus an addition 17 duplicates (all commons).
