Spectacular cabinet display, constructed of mahogany-colored wood with a glass front that slopes downward at an angle. The glass front is hinged at the bottom, allowing it to swing downward so that Boston Garter boxes can be merchandised inside.  The cabinet is also hinged at the top, revealing a deep cabinet for storage of additional boxes. The cabinet measures 14 1/4" wide by 8 1/2" high, and 12" deep at its largest point at the base.  The Boston Garter logo features black lettering surrounded by gold, the word "Trade Mark" also in gold print. Much of the black color has worn or flaked away with time, but the outline is still completely present and intact, so the entire logo remains legible and clear despite the missing black. The wood does exhibit some mild surface wear; the hinges appear all original, darkened with a mild patina.  An outstanding piece.
