Behind the arms of future Hall of Famers Dizzy Dean and Carl Hubbell the National League defeated the American League 4-3 in the All-Star game at Braves Field. The game also marked the first All-Star appearance of then-rookie Joe DiMaggio who would go 0-for-5 with an error in right field. Presented is a single ticket-stub from the game featuring images of Judge Landis along with league presidents Ford Frick and Will Harridge. The stub has received a generous grade of VG-EX 4 from PSA despite paper loss and staining clearly visible on the front. Still the presentation quality is strong an excellent example of the beauty of early ticket art. Interesting archival video footage from the 1936 All-Star game can be found here.
