Grouping of 12 ticket stubs from World Series games played between 1941 and 1944.  Collection includes: 1) 1941 Game 2 (2): Yankee Stadium stubs, Dodgers beat the Yankees 3-2.  VG and GOOD condition. 2) 1942 Game 1: Sportsman's Park stub. Yankees beat St. Louis, 7-4. VG.  3) 1942 Game 4:  Yankee Stadium stub. Yankees beat St. Louis, 9-6. VG with an irregular tear. 4) 1942 Game 5: Yankee Stadium stub.  Phil Rizzuto leads off with a home run in the bottom of the first.  FAIR condition. 5) 1943 Game 1 (2): Yankee Stadium stub.  Yankees win, 4-2. VG and VG/EX. 6) 1943 Game 2: Yankee Stadium stub. St. Louis wins, 4-3, their only win of the Series.  VG with paper loss from an irregular tear. 7) 1944 Game 1 (2): Sportsman's Park Stub. Subway Series game, George McQuinn homers for the Browns, as they win the opener, 2-1.  VG and GOOD. 8) 1944 Game 3: Sportsman's Park Stub. The Browns win another, this time 6-2 with Jack Kramer striking out ten for the AL team. VG/EX with an irregular tear at the perf resulting in some paper loss. 9) 1944 Game 5: Sportsman's Park stub.  Cardinals win, 2-0, Mort Cooper getting the shutout.  F-G condition.  12 stubs total.
