Yankees win, 4-2. VG and VG/EX. 6) 1943 Game 2: Yankee Stadium stub. St. Louis wins, 4-3, their only win of the Series. VG with paper loss from an irregular tear. 7) 1944 Game 1 (2): Sportsman's Park Stub. Subway Series game, George McQuinn homers for the Browns, as they win the opener, 2-1. VG and GOOD. 8) 1944 Game 3: Sportsman's Park Stub. The Browns win another, this time 6-2 with Jack Kramer striking out ten for the AL team.
