Distributed in 1916 by the Ferguson Bakery of Roxbury MA, the BF2 pennants were undersized felt pennants that featured a black and white photo of a popular player of the day. Each pennant measuring approximately six inches in length, the unnumbered set comprised 97 subjects. This example features White Sox pitcher and Hall of Famer Red Faber, considered by most to be the toughest to obtain in the entire set. Wear can be seen at the tip of the pennant, with avivid blue background and some surface wear to the image itself.
