Pair of four-stamp panels from this once impossible stamp issue, likely originating from a mid-90s find of sheets that increased the population of available stamps and thus made them more appealing to collectors.  The two panels are largely intact, one including Stallings/Hartzell/James/Sweeney, the other containing Alexander (HOF)/Cocreham/Devore/Archer.  Light wear is evident, particularly at the perforations.  Two four-stamp panels total.
