Clearly a key to the 1926-29 Exhibits Postcard Back set, this card of Yankee slugger Babe Ruth depicts him at the end of his swing, following the trajectory of the ball with his eyes. This black and white card has been graded VG 3 by PSA, a generous grade given the wear and staining visible to the eye at the top and right edges. The image of Ruth is clear, despite the wear, the card a difficult one to find in any grade. In this particular example, the back is blank, a bit of an anomaly for the issue. A tremendous card from the prime of Ruth's career, the most desirable subject in the hobby.
