Beautiful card with a tougher American Beauty reverse this card of "Handsome" Joe Kelley has been graded VG/EX 50 by SGC. An exceptionally colorful and detailed obverse depicts the Hall of Famer holding his bad smiling at the viewer the Toronto Maple Leafs insignia on his arm. Kelley would play the 1909 and 1910 seasons with Toronto before retiring as a player managing the Maple Leafs through 1914. He continued on in organized baseball as a scout and a coach through the 1926 season. A scarce front/back combination of a popular Hall of Famer.
