Cards from the N172 Old Judge Cigarettes issue are found with all sorts of variations in size and cut, but obvious miscuts are scarce.  This example, the "Browns Champions" card of pitcher Dave Foutz, is dramatically miscut to the left, to the point where the right image of the adjacent card can be seen.  PSA has assigned a "MK" qualifier to address writing on the reverse (a long-ago collector penciled "scarce & rare" on the reverse), the overall grade of PR 1 seemingly low, given the aesthetic appeal of the card, so it is our assumption that PSA attempted to address the miscut with the numerical grade.
