A button tag pass to the First Annual “Ladies' Day” dual meet on July 29, 1897, between the Knickerbocker Athletic Club of Manhattan, New York, versus the New Jersey Athletic Club hosted by the latter’s club. The reverse of the ticket reads “Rowing,” “Baseball,” “Rowing” and "Yachting” and is signed by member “J.E. Sullivan” across what appears to be an athletic insignia of the N.J.A.C. Despite its age, the pass and its original pink wristband string remains in good condition and measures approx. 2.75" high by 2.75" wide.
