If you were a fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 1960s, you knew you were cheering for a scrappy ball club. With superstars like Roberto Clemente and Willie Stargell in the lineup, the Bucs won the World Series in 1960 and again in 1971. Featured here is a pair of Pittsburgh Pirates-themed neckties, one burgundy red and one forest green. Both ties feature the Pirates black, yellow and white logo appearing like it would on a step-and-repeat banner. The two ties, manufactured by Pick-Smith Ltd. out of Locust Valley, New York, appear to be in outstanding condition, ready to wear.
