The Boston Store was actually a Chicago based retailer that offered a set of 200 major league subjects  very similar to the same-year set issued by Collins-McCarthy.  Today they are tough to find and the PSA population report lists just two examples of William Gleason's entry.  This PSA 1 is exceeded by but one other, in much better condition, but the scarcity is the story here. With rounded corners, one of them creased and also a lightning bolt of a crease running vertically, the card has earned its grade.  A strong image is seen, nicely contrasted, with a look that is not displeasing. The reverse is dirty in spots and essentially a match to the front.
