The 1928 Tharp's Ice Cream set is closely related to the 1927 York Caramel issues, although a bit harder to find, possibly due to a redemption offer on the reverse. This SGC 2 is surpassed by only two examples in their pop report, with but a sole specimen existing at all in the PSA database. Brightly white, some paper loss and staining is seen on the front, all well-removed from the central image of Sisler, which does bear some horizontal creasing.  The reverse is slightly foxed and was never pasted into an album.
