Nice, bright 1936 Diamond Star of "Big Poison" Waner, with a whole lot of interesting things in the background. You get a catcher in full gear exhorting his pitcher, and a NL ump with an old school chest protector set back from Waner, on an extremely colorful card. No. 28 is seen in the on-deck circle, completing the scene. Centered a little to the right some foxing is seen running across the bottom of the obverse. The back is snowy white, the blue text remaining vivid. A solid SGC 7 in Near Mint.
