The 1926 Brooklyn squad was dubbed the Robins, after their long-time manager and eventual Hall-of-Famer Wilbert Robinson. The team featured a one season appearance from Rabbit Maranville, sandwiched between his Cubs and Cardinals tenures. Three other Robins immortalized in Cooperstown, Zack Wheat, Burleigh Grimes and Dazzy Vance were on the squad but could not prevent a Sixth Place finish and 71-82 record. Paper passes from the 1920's are exceedingly scarce and this is one of two from this season graded by PSA and is tops in their pop report as a VG-EX 4. Some foxing is seen at the upper right as oriented, with a right border trim evident. The recipient's name is inked on the front, while the back is unsigned.
