The 1914 E145 Cracker Jack set brought a jolt of red to the little prizes it had started inserting into boxes of their sticky confection two years earlier. More like thick paper than thin cardboard, the cards were susceptible to product staining and damage. George Suggs, of the Baltimore Terrapins entry in the newly formed Federal League, was nailed to some ancient wall, a shame as the card is fairly nice otherwise. There is some staining and a couple of paper breaks in the background, with a typical reverse for the issue.
