The 1914 E145 Cracker Jack set brough a jolt of red to the little prizes it had started inserting into boxes of their sticky confection two years earlier. More like thick paper than thin cardboard, the cards were susceptible to product staining and damage. An underrated pitcher for several National League teams, Larry Cheney thrice won 20 plus games for the Cubs. A tiny bit of lost paper in the upper left seems to have driven down the grade to SGC 1.5. Some staining is seen but it's fairly light. The reverse looks about as nice as a CJ can, and is bright in appearance.
