The Propagandas Montiel "Los Reyes del Deporte" ("Sporting Kings") issue was a 180-card multi-sport set with several variations in layout.  The cards measure roughly 2 1/8" x 3 1/8" and were printed on very thin paper.  They were designed to be pasted into an album, and are thus extraordinarily condition sensitive, in addition to particularly rare.  Completing the entire 180-card set is quite a challenge, and while it is definitely difficult to find the first 179 cards, the last card to complete the set is the same for everyone - card #90 of Ossie Bluege is extremely elusive, to the degree that we have yet to encounter someone who owns one.  PSA has graded more than 1,000 cards from the issue and PSA about 500, and neither company has graded one.

Presented here is an entire "complete" set, each card mounted in the handsome and colorful album.  "Complete" is, of course, missing the Bluege card, the only blank space in the entire album.  The entire package is in POOR condition, as is the majority of material to come from Cuba, the paper stiff and moisture stained, a variety of tears and insect damage visible throughout.  Many of the cards appear relatively clean, though we cannot speculate on whether they can safely be removed.  Regardless, an outstanding piece, a widely collected but very difficult set, missing the one card everyone else seems to be missing.  We think perhaps it doesn't exist. 179 cards total.
