Frank Smith was to have his best season in 1952, going 12-11 with a 3.75 ERA for the Reds and took his rookie card bow with both Topps and Bowman that year.  This example is tilted and miscut unfortunately and exhibits considerable wear.  But the color is bright and the main attraction is the autograph, an undeniable perfect PSA/DNA GEM MINT 10 in nice blue Sharpie. PSA has authenticated just 10 signed examples of this card.
