First year of the Mick with Topps in their now ubiquitous 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" standard size. Showing off the gorgeous photography, most of it newly shot, the set is known for, we see Mantle in full batting follow through in front of a ghostly image that appears just behind the barrel of his bat. PSA 5 in grade, this example has centering that's up and to the right, mirrored on the reverse too.  The color is nice and the image quite crisp on a card that has aged well.
