PSA assigned the superlative "The Zappala Collection" in honor of the longtime Great American Collectibles Show host and author of several sports and hobby books, Tom Zappala. He had an eye for the tougher T206 brands it seems, as this is a Tolstoi backed Chief Meyers in PSA 4 condition. Centered just a touch to the left, this card has a wonderful green background that's unscathed, a real eye-catcher.  The corners have rounded  bit, while the reverse has a two small spots of old product staining, with a well reproduced logo.
