A classic Deadball Era ballpark, the beautiful and ornate Palace of the Fans existed from only 1902 to 1911. As a result, photographs and other material related to this early home for the Cincinnati Reds are rare in the hobby. The two offered panoramic postcards are among the toughest Palace postcards needed by many advanced collectors. Note that the B&W card dates to pre-1907 (as evidenced by the undivided back) and has been postally used, while the color postcard card is consistent with ballpark postcards issued c.1910 and remains unused.
