Bill Skiff, although mainly a major league scout during his professional career, did play parts of two different seasons (1921 and 1926) for the Pittsburgh Pirates and New York Yankees, respectively. In 16 games with the Pirates, he collected 13 hits in 49 at-bats (.289), while he added his 14th and final hit with the Yankees in 1926. Offered here is a Louisville Slugger Model 125 Hillerich & Bradsby mini bat, which measures 18 inches long. It includes Skiff’s engraved signature on the barrel of the bat.
