Similar in size and paper stock as the 1913 Fatima T200 Team card issue, the 1914 Fatima cards are a beautiful photographic issue, featuring crisp, posed "action" photos of individual players. The set included "100 photographs of famous baseball players, American athletic champions and photoplay stars," with 52 of the subjects being baseball players. 13 of the 16 major league teams are represented in the set, which is given added difficulty by a number of very difficult short prints. As is the case with the T200 issue, the cards are printed on brittle photographic paper, and are subject to significant condition issues, including wrinkling and creases, chipping, and cracking to to the emulsion on the photo.
Presented here is a collection of 12 cards from the set, all but one graded by SGC. The ungraded card, of Amos Strunk, was submitted to SGC but they elected not to grade the card out of fear that the sonic sealing process would damage the very brittle card, which is in POOR condition. The remaining 11 cards are as follows: SGC POOR 1 (7 cards): Barry, Bush, Lapp, Maisel, Reulbach, Saier, Vitt. SGC AUTHENTIC (4 cards): Demaree, McLean, Smith (SP), and Wingo. 12 cards total.
