Clean and colorful midgrade specimen of Hank Aaron's highly-prized rookie card. Reasonably well-centered with vivid, bright coloration and very mild edge wear, the card is an outstanding example for the grade. 1954 Topps cards are notoriously victim of virtually all the Topps quality control flaws of the era, from centering issues to rough cuts, roller lines and even registration issues, but this example exhibits very few of those flaws. In fact, some light but honest corner wear coupled with a very slight nudge to the left are the most visible flaws of the card. A slightly rough cut left edge is typical for 1950s Topps issues. One of the finer midgrade examples we have handled.
