Outstanding full Dodgers Stadium ticket to the May 4, 1964 game between Los Angeles and Chicago. A real pitcher's duel, Sandy Koufax faced off against Dick Ellsworth in both pitchers' fourth starts of the season. The Dodgers won the game, 2-1, both pitchers throwing complete games, the Dodgers scoring the winning run on a Maury Wills walk-off single in the bottom of the 10th. Koufax remained dominant the entire game, striking out 13 batters, including the last two batters in the 10th inning. He would finish the season 19-5 with a minuscule 1.74 ERA.
The ticket has been graded EX-MT 6 by PSA, a beautiful example with sharp corners and edges, and rich, vivid orange color. Some light corner touches reduce the technical grade.
