Attractive photo originating from the studio of photographer Alfred Campbell. Well-known for his cabinet photography, Campbell formed his own studio after working under the tutelage of Napoleon Sarony for the company of the same name. One might recognize the design and photo as closely resembling that of the N566 Newsboy Tobacco issues; it is theorized that Campbell was the photographer for most of the Newsboy cabinets with this mount style, and many of the photos with Campbell mounts can be found with Newsboy mounts as well (including this Corbett). VG/EX condition with some light toning, along with light surface and edge wear.
