Lot Description  

Highly attractive season pass granting the bearer access to every home game at Ebbetts Field for the 1928 season. Unfortunately for future Hall of Fame manager Wilbert Robinson's men they would finish with a 77-76-2 overall record despite their club featuring three future Hall of Famers at an advanced age with Dave Bancroft (37), Max Carey (38), and Dazzy Vance (37). Young future Hall of Fame catcher, Al Lopez also made his debut that season at the age of 19, appearing in 3 games for Robinson's club. A gorgeous, beautifully printed pass with only light toning towards the top edge persisting as the only blemish worthy of note.
