A trio of Latin Chicago White Sox stars appear on the dugout steps in this 7" x 9" news service photo from the Associated Press. Standing L to R are: Infielder Chico Carrasquel, Hall of Fame outfielder Minnie Minoso, and relief pitcher Luis Aloma. All three men made their American League debuts during the early 1950's with research indicating this image was captured during Minos's rookie season on June 19, 1951. Photo exhibits visible wear to the upper-right corner and top edge towards the left side. Heavy smudging is apparent on verso with mild toning to the edges. Handwritten identifiers of all three players have been written at center with additional notations towards the top. Authenticated as a Type 1 photo by PSA/DNA.
