Lot Description  

The ghostly green glow behind Monty Basgall may just be an inside out California sun as he was off to the PCL's Hollywood Stars in 1952 despite Topps insisting he was still with the Pirates on his debut card.  There is some horizontal creasing evident and the signature is in the midst of it. It's PSA/DNA Authentic in blue ballpoint.
