Jack Warner had an 8-year career in the majors as a part time infielder hitting .250 in limited duty with the Tigers and Dodgers. Pictured here with the St. Paul Saints of the American Association where Warner would play from 1934-37 he had better success. His .308 batting average in 620 at bats as the Saints' starting second baseman was accompanied by 12 home runs his career high. The card graded GOOD 30 by SGC has a VG/EX appearance but the number "509" written lightly in pencil on the reverse coupled with a small but pronounced corner crease at the bottom right accounts for the grade.
