Herman Wehmeier spent 13 seasons in the bigs, a tall righty with a penchant for issuing walks. His 1952 Topps card is a geometrically colorful affair and the example here has some old product residue at the left, with some corner rounding, spot of paper loss and centering toward the south. His blue ink signature is assessed PSA/DNA AUTHENTIC and it's a tough one generally as Herm died at age 46, dropping dead on the witness stand of a trial in Dallas. PSA/DNA has authenticated just nine Wehmeier-signed '52 Topps cards as of this writing.
