Issued out of Philadelphia by Jay S Meyer Company, W555 is a package design issue and a tough one at that.  With 11 overall graded between the PSA and SGC pop reports, these are not often offered or seen. This SGC Authentic of Wild Bill Donovan was neatly cut from a box of sweets, with the black border showing all around and is in nice shape overall. The blank reverse shows remnants of tape or a postage stamp hinge.
