Major League Baseball lowered the pitcher's mound by five inches following the 1968 season and the results were undeniable with Pete Rose's .348 average just a few hits ahead of Clemente's .345. You get double Hall-of-Fame action here with those two, on a really nice PSA 8. A small print mark in the lower left and some minor gum residue on the Rose image are present but minor in nature and appearance. A clean back, with some push to the upper right corner, shows whe the card is flipped over.
