Heading to Ebbets Field for Game 5 of the 1949 Series, the overmatched Dodgers gave up two runs in the top of the first on a DiMaggio sac fly and a Bobby Brown single.  The Yankees were blanked in the second but then continued scoring, putting up runs in every frame from the 3rd to the 6th, essentially pounding the Dodgers into submission.  Joe DiMaggio homered for the Bombers while Vic Raschi picked up the win, bringing home the Yankees' 12th World Championship.

Ticket stub is in G-VG condition with some minor wrinkling along the perforated bottom edge, and some general edge wear and very minor soiling on the reverse.
