Young Ted Williams, all of 20 years old and seen here in his rookie season on his rookie card, shows off the swing that launched 521 lifetime home runs. Still brightly white and with wonderful corners and edges, only a small spot of foxing in the right border, which this issue is known for, can be seen marring the obverse.  The back is a match to the front and the card is an appealing one, of a high demand, first tier Hall-of-Famer, in NM PSA 7 fashion.  Consigned from an original-owner collection, this card is extraordinarily crisp and sharp, virtually untouched and freshly graded by PSA.
