Big Six was a big deal when the 1911 Gold Borders came out, as his eye-popping stats on the reverse testify.  Certianly handled but not abused in its day, this PSA 2 T205 features a difficult Piedmont Factory 42 reverse. The Piedmont 42's are among the tougher backs in the series, far less frequently encountered than the Piedmont Factory 25 cards by a substantial margin. The obverse image is strong and Matty's piercing stare is on full display, with a variety of defects evident.  The back has fared better, with only a small paper pull above his first name marring it ever-so-slightly. This is a desirable Factory/HOF combination, not often seen.
