Bob Feller's 1949 Bowman card is a study in sustained scarlet and this example has retained its bright red background as its come down through the seasons. Fresh off a 1948 season that saw Cleveland capture the World Series flag, this PSA 8 has some fabulous eye appeal. The centering is superb front and back and the card has a nice, clean look to it, resisting the heavy toning so often found with cards from this set.
