Ticket stub from Game 2 of the World Series from one of the most legendary seasons in baseball history. The New York Yankees faced the Pittsburgh Pirates and swept them in four straight behind their infamous Murderer's Row lineup. Game 2 was played on October 6 in front of more than 41,000 fans at Forbes Field, the Yankees winning the game 6-2. The stub has been assessed by PSA and graded AUTHENTIC, a tear repaired and reinforced with clear plastic tape. Glue stains and scrapbook remnants are also evident on the reverse, with some writing at the top front. Despite the condition issues, 1927 World Series stubs are highly prized in any condition.
